Pier and abutment construction commissioned by the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission and the Delta State Ministry of Works at Uzere, Isoko South LGA. Scope covered rebar placement, formwork, and concrete works to restore full load-bearing capacity to the crossing.

Supply and installation of geocell panels for subgrade stabilisation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Sections were expanded, anchored, and filled with compacted laterite to improve load distribution over weak subgrade.
Supply and installation of geocell panels for road subbase reinforcement and slope protection at Fugar, Edo North, for NGC. A front-loader was used to mechanically fill expanded geocell sections with compacted laterite.
Supply, laying, and mechanical filling of geocell panels for ground reinforcement and slope stabilisation at Agbede, Edo State, for NGC. Geocell sections were expanded, anchored, and filled using a CAT bulldozer.
Supply and installation of geocell panels for ground reinforcement and erosion control in Calabar, Cross River State. Geocell sections were expanded, anchored, and filled to stabilise the subgrade and protect the surface against ongoing erosion.
Manufacture and installation of Terracrete articulated concrete block mattresses (ACBM) under the Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (NEWMAP), Edo State. Hollow-core blocks protect channel banks from erosion while allowing natural vegetation to establish through the openings.
Supply and installation of ACBM with an underlying geotextile filter layer for slope and riverbank protection at Obomkpa, Delta State, under NEWMAP. The geotextile prevents particle migration while the ACBM armour absorbs hydraulic forces.
Supply of articulated concrete block mattresses (ACBM) for the Delta State Ministry of Works project at Uzere, Isoko South LGA, commissioned by DESOPADEC. Blocks were manufactured at the BayTree production facility and delivered for riverbank and drainage protection works.
Manufacture and installation of ACBM at Urora, Benin City under NEWMAP. The block mattress system armours steep channel banks and scour-vulnerable slopes against high-energy stormwater flows, reducing maintenance cycles significantly.
Supply and installation of geocell panels for ground reinforcement and road subbase stabilisation at Ukpangede, Edo State, on behalf of NGC. Panels were mechanically filled to form a stable, load-bearing surface layer.
Supply and installation of geocell panels at the Lagos Free Zone for ground reinforcement and surface stabilisation. The geocell system improves load-bearing capacity of the prepared surface layer for heavy operational and logistics traffic.
Supply and installation of geocell panels for subgrade stabilisation at the NGC Metric Station, Kogi State. Geocell sections were expanded and filled with compacted material to protect the station apron and access areas from erosion and settlement.
Supply and installation of gabion baskets for riverbank and slope protection in Calabar, Cross River State. Stone-filled wire mesh cages provide flexible, permeable erosion control on unstable banks subject to seasonal flooding and scour.
In-house manufacture of marine mattresses for offshore and nearshore pipeline protection. These flexible concrete-filled units conform to the seabed profile and protect subsea pipelines from impact, scour, and abrasion in challenging marine environments.
Manufacture of concrete anchor blocks for a 6-inch diameter pipeline in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Blocks are cast in-house to client specification and installed to prevent buoyancy uplift and lateral movement of buried pipeline sections.
Design and fabrication of a 25-ton safe working load (SWL) quick release frame for marine lifting operations. The frame was engineered and manufactured to client specification for use in offshore rigging and heavy-lift operations.
In-house manufacture of Terracrete articulated concrete block mattresses (ACBM) at the BayTree production facility. Each hollow-core block is cast to precise tolerances, quality-checked, and supplied for civil, erosion-control, and riverbank-protection projects across Nigeria.
