BayTree was founded on a simple conviction: Nigeria's infrastructure challenges deserve specialist solutions, not generic construction. The country's coastline is eroding. Its roads fail prematurely. Its industrial facilities settle because the ground beneath them was never properly treated.
We built BayTree to close that gap. Starting with geosynthetics, materials most Nigerian contractors had never worked with, we developed the technical capability and supply chain relationships to deliver internationally benchmarked infrastructure solutions in a local context.
Today we operate across geosynthetics engineering, marine and coastal protection, and civil infrastructure. We don't subcontract the specialist work. We don't pass the risk down the chain. One team, one set of accountability, one outcome.

We measure twice.
Every project begins with thorough site investigation and analysis. We don't assume. We measure soil conditions, wave climate, ground bearing capacity, and drainage requirements before a single design line is drawn. Our specifications are grounded in data, not convention.
We go deep.
Geotechnical engineering is about what you can't see. We invest in understanding the subsurface, the layer that every other system depends on. Our geosynthetics expertise extends from the specification of materials through to site supervision of installation. No shortcuts in the layers that matter most.
We own the whole job.
BayTree handles the complete project lifecycle: survey, design, material supply, installation and sign-off. We don't fragment responsibility. When you commission BayTree, there is one team responsible for the outcome, from the first site visit to the final certification.
We build for decades.
Infrastructure should outlast its budget cycle. We specify materials and systems with long-term performance in mind, not minimum viable spec. When we install a revetment, a drainage system, or a geosynthetic reinforcement layer, it is designed to still be functioning correctly in 2050.
